Terrible! Bought hot chocolate and a croissant sandwich and my hot chocolate was not even mixed taste like thick syrup and sandwich was poorly made all bread sausage was size of a silver dollar cheese and egg was not even on top of sandwich

Unfortunately this is the dunkin closest to my job which I frequent in the mornings. The morning staff is always either forgetting my items or mixing them up with others orders. The employee, chelo, is always extremely rude about it as if I’m inconveniencing her, at her own work place. Dunkin hire nicer staff!

It looks like a Dad and his daughters run the place. My review is for them as they were very kind and generous to my young daughters and I. I have already mentioned them to other ppl based on their lasting impressions, which is so rare nowadays.
They mix stuff up sometimes ..like sweetener and they forgot bacon on my avocado toast and I never got a credit for it it has happened before .but they are very friendly and nice...so accidents happen
