Flambe India offers a warm and inviting atmosphere and an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant serves delicious and flavorful dishes, such as the BUTTER CHICKEN, CHICKEN AND CILANTRO, Paneer tikka masala with generous, large portions of paneer, and chili chicken and chili shrimp appetizers that are a little sweet and a little spicy. Tender lamb and spicy vindaloo, described as more American spicy, are also available. Fresh and soft Garlic Cilantro Naan is a highlight, with the garlic smell reaching across the room. Friendly and knowledgeable servers provide excellent service. With large portion sizes and great value, Flambe India is a gem worth visiting, with the lunch special being as good as any place for the amount you get for the overall price. The samosa is highly suggested, and the eggplant with cherry tomatoes lunch special is very good.
