Hunan Palace Restaurant

Unbelievable! Ordered takeout food for $55. When requested crushed pepper paste, I was informed that “it is not free and that they charge for it”. The lady said that she will give one for free this time only. It’s unbelievable that they charge for condiment when it should be provided with the food.

If we were to dine in at this restaurant, they would charge extra for putting food on the plates. Do not recommend Hunan Palace.

We order from here from time to time. We like the consistency and good taste. My family was out and I was on my own recovering from a surgery and felt like treating myself so I figured “ let’s get a bit fancy and order PF Chang”. What a huge mistake that was. The beef with Broccoli had les than 2 oz of beef for $30. I have included a comparison between Hunan Palace’s beef with vegetables vs what I received from PF. Hunan Palace blows PF away! Additional I have had very good luck requesting modifications, I like extra spicy and extra sauce, Human honored my request while PF did not. I think the pics tell all

Decent food. Atmosphere inside was nice and quiet but very cramped, and the server barely said 2 words to me. If they just opened for business they have some work to do on service still.

Goodbye. Order weekly. Like clockwork. Food quality has gone way down. The up charges and crap value ....40 bucks for egg roll fried rice and 5 tiny shrimp.

Worse place I've been in awhile. I ordered the garlic chicken. They made it really hot and spicey. The chicken wad actually red. Told the owner it was way to spicy I could not eat it. She told me they can take it into the kitchen and rinse it off. They would not make one less spicey. The way she was talking and the way she handled the situation was very disrespectful and shows she not interested in customer service. I will never go back there even if the food was free

Orange chicken was undercooked but everything else was super good. I got beef and broccoli, fried rice, and Lomein noodles. Very delicious and reasonable prices

Food is decent. There is only one lady working the front and if it’s not busy you usually get your food on time. This place is definitely pricey though.
