Got a Big John roast beef from here tonight. There was literally one piece of meat on the sandwich. If the franchise owner is THAT concerned about profits, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Awful Location - their employee DROVE his CAR INTO our GARAGE DOOR and there's no sense of urgency to get this resolved! Not only terrible service, but employs people who have no morale standards and doesn't live up to their mistakes....
