Excellent authentic Mexican food. I had 2 made to order, hot off the grill, steak tacos with onions, fresh cilantro, and wrapped in corn tortillas. I also grabbed a bag of chips and salsa. The chips were so light and crispy, but the fresh salsa was amazing! Just the right amount of flavor and spice! I make it a point to stop in whenever I am in the area for work. Why hit the drive thru at some fast food joint, when you can eat fresh and real food for the same price!
If you're short on time but Big on flavor.. this place is a must! Separate section for take out ordering, fast friendly service, and flavor is on point! Great impression for my first visit!
We had a delightful lunch here at Tacos El Rey De Oro today. The complimentary light & crispy tortilla chips and well-balanced mild salsa were fantastic. We enjoyed our combination plate of nice carne asada taco with onions & cilantro, a terrific chicken enchilada with green ranchero sauce and a tasty chicken quesadilla (made with corn tortillas not flour) which came with very smooth refried beans, salad and perfectly cooked rice. There was only one staff serving six tables....
