This is a Cracker Barrel we would definitely visit again! It's unfortunate that several other locations around the country aren't using this location as the model.

Waited for 30 minutes to pick up my food. Kept asking for updates, they would go check, come back, and not tell me ANYTHING. Finally they realized it was on the counter behind them p. Piss poor service.

I'm from England and came here for the first time after watching the solar eclipse. The food was great , and the waitress Hannah was absolutely amazing ?
Wish they still had the egg in a basket breakfast. ? But it was typical Cracker barrel otherwise.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We waited FORTY FIVE minutes for our food, and it was COLD! The waitress was slow, incompetent, and rude. This place has gone down hill, and we will never return!
We had to wait for 5 minutes for hostess to show up, after an employee at cash register counter called for someone to show up. Then she came finally, asked us how many of us(4), the turned her back on us, picked up 4 menus behind her, then she turned and walked into the food area. We still stood at the hostess center as we weren’t told anything. I thought she went in looking for empty tables (there were plenty). Some training needs to be done for her, as I think she didn’t want to be there.Sincerely, David Loudenslager
I went here with my wife and 2 daughters I got the catfish which I was not very impressed with. Our server was not on top of anything either my wife ordered 3 sides with her meal, and only received 1 and had to ask about the other 2 as they were each forgotten about. The silverware all appeared to be dirty and we had to wipe off with baby wipes we fortunately had with us. The cups all appeared dirty as well they were cloudy and streaked and as I drank from it I noticed the grime smearing on it. YUCK! NOT impressed at all it was pretty disgusting actually and very disappointing for costing us around $60! Not at all what I expected from a cracker barrel, apparently they have fallen well down on the totem pole of nicer places to eat because this place is at the bottom. Still the same neat atmosphere but that is it. Not worth going to or going back, in fact il be surprised if they stay open as dirty as everything was we received with our meal!

We were there around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. Our server's tablet wasn't working so she had to hand write the order. We thought it was right after she read it back. But one order was completely wrong. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch and just kept it. The food, when it finally made it out, was cold. The eggs and hashbrown casserole were cold. The pancakes and my husband's sausage and toast were good. That would be the only positives. Unfortunately we will not be coming back anytime soon. I would of expected better Cracker Barrel.
Portions have gotten smaller. Prices have gone up. Service was tolerable. Atmosphere was good.
