I've been going here since I moved to Lincoln. Always consistently good food, I've never had anything from here that was bad in the flavor town department portions on some things can be a little lacking but it's kind of my go to place in Lincoln. Hungry, don't feel like cooking? Daphnes is always a good choice.
It was a quiet little place. The servers were nice and food was ok. We got the cinnamon French toast meal and the number 1 combo and we ate almost all of it. I think the French toast could use a frosting or cream cheese and the pancakes were a little tough. The sausage was really good, and I don’t like breakfast sausage.
My husband and I love this diner. Definitely a hometown feel. Food is phenomenal I don't think I've ever got something I didn't like. Portions are plenty, if you go home hungry it's your fault. And the cost is realistic
