Husband called to order a pizza. Someone picked up and spoke broken english and repeated back his order and listed off a bunch of stuff he didn't mention and all he ordered was a philly pizza and my husband was apologizing saying he was sorry he didn't understand that he just wanted the Philly pizza and the person responded with perfect English, what was wrong with the way I stated your order back to you? My husband asked if he was being punked and the person became irate and hung up on him.

We called, got a 'call center' in the Philippines!! Unbelievable! Won't be trying to get anything from there anymore. The website had specials that the girl in the Philippines knew nothing about. Crazy customer service ?!

Good deals. Great prices. Delicious food. Good customer service! We placed an order for pick up on our way back into town, they said it would be ready in about 25-30 minutes, we were about 15-20 minutes out of town. When we pulled up at the drive thru to pay for it, they at first couldn't even find the receipt showing where the order had been placed, when they found it they said it hadn't even been started yet. They had us pay for it and made it into a delivery for free.

Called for the 2 Large Pizza deal, employee on the phone rang me up at $40. I asked them why it wasn't the deal price promoted and she said, "You should have told me you wanted the deal." I asked her why would I need to specify whether or not I wanted a deal that saves me money. Now she gives me attitude and tells me if that's what I wanted, that's what I should've ordered. Seriously?
