Called for the 2 Large Pizza deal, employee on the phone rang me up at $40. I asked them why it wasn't the deal price promoted and she said, "You should have told me you wanted the deal." I asked her why would I need to specify whether or not I wanted a deal that saves me money. Now she gives me attitude and tells me if that's what I wanted, that's what I should've ordered. Seriously?

Ordered pizza online. Said order was ready. Went to drive up window and the employee told us it wasn't ready. We said ok how long should we wait and come back? He said I don't know I just work here and shut the window! We won't be back.

The pizza took an extra long time to prep. It was lacking in ingredients and was very limp like it was not completely baked. It took about an hour to complete at the store

They charge you they will tell you the food. Will be there in 20 minutes and they take more than a one hour the food they come cold

Good deals. Great prices. Delicious food. Good customer service! We placed an order for pick up on our way back into town, they said it would be ready in about 25-30 minutes, we were about 15-20 minutes out of town. When we pulled up at the drive thru to pay for it, they at first couldn't even find the receipt showing where the order had been placed, when they found it they said it hadn't even been started yet. They had us pay for it and made it into a delivery for free.
