We have had nothing but problems since the new employees we brought in. We had the worst time when we ordered our usual and after 20 minutes still didn't have our sandwiches and our coffee drinks were mostly ice. The employees are rude and the place is not clean anymore. The previous employees were awesome these new management and employees make the experience bad.

Not as good as they use to be. Can't here them on drive up speaker .they don't tell you the price when you order anymore. I have been getting refresher for awhile now and I have never had them add foam to it,except for today. The drink tasted like watered down blueberry yogurt. It was awful. I don't think I will go back there again.

Excellent service in Lincoln Illinois 🥰I got an Iced Mocha Latte in less than 3 minutes and would return but we’re on way to Chicago (coming from Texas)!! Much better than what I make at home 🏡😉

Don’t go here. The new owners are horrible. Asked for one thing you might get something entirely different. I’ve maybe gotten two things here that I actually ordered. One time I was waiting at the window for maybe 9-11 minutes and I was almost about to leave before they got me my order. Which was wrong.

Great little stop off the highway. Clean. Quick. Had our mobile order ready fast! Donuts were fresh, sandwiches were hot and coffee was delicious. Got a large order right! That's always a plus!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The supposed manager was openly mocking us about an order that we get at literally every other Dunkin location we have been to but they didn’t know what it was there. When asked to have the GM’s name or the managers name they refused to provide that information and told us to leave or they would call the police. Super unprofessional and will thankfully never return to that location.
