Ordered 2 coffees one hot and one iced - the hot one didn’t taste sweet like the iced one and the iced one was almost completely ice and no coffee. Had heard this location had gotten sloppy but didn’t realize just how bad. Only came because the Starbucks line was long, next time we’ll just wait in the Starbucks line. Wouldn’t recommend

I only bought two donuts. Blueberry glazed and regular glazed. I have no idea how old these are but I have never had Donuts that are drier than these. I cannot even eat them. What a waste of time and money. I'm super disappointed. Also the parking lot is full of ice. Be very careful if you get out of your car to go inside right now.

It was closed when it advertised it's opened! Such a disappointment as we put it as a stop from our road trip because it says it closes at 8pm! Got there at 7:30pm.

We have had nothing but problems since the new employees we brought in. We had the worst time when we ordered our usual and after 20 minutes still didn't have our sandwiches and our coffee drinks were mostly ice. The employees are rude and the place is not clean anymore. The previous employees were awesome these new management and employees make the experience bad.

Not as good as they use to be. Can't here them on drive up speaker .they don't tell you the price when you order anymore. I have been getting refresher for awhile now and I have never had them add foam to it,except for today. The drink tasted like watered down blueberry yogurt. It was awful. I don't think I will go back there again.
