Yeah not good. Had high hopes with so many positive reviews. The salsa was thin and watery, the food had little to no seasoning on it. We had at 5 different people wait on us though out the meal - would not go back and regret the $100 we spent in dinner for a family of 4.

First time visit. This is not your cookie-cutter Mexican restaurant. All the usual favorites are on the menu, as are some great choices. First time I was able to order a low-carb entree at a Mexican restaurant: Shrimp Taco Lettuce Wraps. Fantastic! We live 40 min away, but it’s worth the drive.

For the main course, I chose the chori chicken 🍗. The chicken was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy, with the jalapenos adding just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting 🌶️. The meal was perfectly balanced, and I enjoyed cooling down with an ice-cold Dos Equis 🍺.
The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making sure everything was just right 👌. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also commendable, making the entire experience pleasant and comfortable 🧼.
Overall, El Mazatlan offers a delightful dining experience with great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🌟
