The gentleman that works the counter is super friendly and professional. Are shrimp was made fresh and even the food that was in the warmer was still fresh and amazing highly recommend The Establishment and the chicken!

This is amazing food! The mashed potatoes taste real there were pieces of potatoes and the chicken was so juicy! The honey and blueberry rolls are fabulous! I wish this location had chicken lovers as well.

6/18/25 This was by far the best fried chicken in Lincoln, not that we have many choices. It was a little bit spicy and got one bite that was way too spicy(Im a wimp), but it had flavor. Haven't tried anything else. Hubby just brought fresh fried chicken home after work. I recommend everyone try it! I wish they cooked through dinner hours but it just got going I think.
