I visited with my autistic child, who was stimming and moving around, and the employee working repeatedly stared at us and told me to “calm” my child. I informed him of my son’s diagnosis, but his response was hostile and lacked understanding or compassion. The interaction made both my child and me feel unwelcome. I do not recommend this place for families with autistic children if this is how staff treat neurodivergent kids and their parents.
