The “medium” iced coffee I ordered and waited 30 mins to get. I think they forgot the cup sizes and the coffee. Got called rude for asking if I could have the coffee I ordered at 7:30, when it was 7:57 and I had been waiting in the lobby almost 15 mins. I get it we are all short staffed but do better please

The night crew needs to figure out what the hell is going on and worry more about what is going into what. Part of my order was missing and they didn't believe me when they're the ones that gave me the receipt. I had to wait back and drive through to get the rest of my food, and when I did they were worried about who was taking who home.

Worst service ever. Screwed up my order then laughed at me and hung up on me when I called to inform them. Had to return to the location to get reimbursed. Definitely do NOT recommend Lincoln McDonald's to ANYONE. Horrible service.

What is the point of ordering ahead when they don’t make it until you actually get there?? My husband and I ordered breakfast today around 10:15, thinking we still had time. And when he got there to pick it up they said they couldn’t make it because it was 10:35 at that time and there was a few cars ahead of him in the drive. If we still ordered it during the time of breakfast we should still be able to get it?! Just lucky we were able to get a refund. Lincoln McDonald’s is a joke.
