I ordered pizza from them July either 3rd or 4th and tonight July 8th and both times the service and food have been amazing, the 1st 1 there was only 1 worker on duty and no drivers or other employees but a women working and she worked her butt off due to high volume of orders and got me taken care of fast and the food was just right, tonight was quick and good I ordered it at 9:10pm and it was delivered at 9:27pm Dominos can't compete with that! Papa Johns needs to be more appreciated for their service and food! Will forever be a customer!

Food is good but delivery service is horrible and customer service is absolutely non existent!! Im baffled by you saying you couldn't deliver to my job less than a half a mile straight down the same road the restaurant is on, you guy's use doordash im positive doordash delivers anywhere

The review below from Rachel M is the former general manger Rachel Bragg. She was fired in October 2024. Yet here she is writing reviews about the new General Manager who didn't even work the day the review was written. She ordered a large half pep through door dash. So her entire review is a lie. Making fake reviews to sabotage someone with a family says more about them then anything.

The absolute worst experience ever.. FRANK has no place being in management. Argumentative ... The sausage had MOLD on it. The food was cold. We were missing the dipping sauces,. Parm sticks had no sauce .. and how do you forget the cheese on a pizza??? RUDE.. Will NEVER be back again.

The fact that their pizza is way to high. 28.00 they charge you 5.99 for delivery. Then they hired Door Dash and and so 40.00 dollars. He promised he would bring my change. Noone claims the blame.

Took over an hour to get delivered, food was cold. "Saucy wings" were just plain chicken nuggets with a barely there squirt of sauce. Hardly any cheese on the pizza. Huge bummer.

Ordered an XL New York Style pizza with beef. I thought the bigger pizza just might have toppings to fill the larger space. Not so. The normal measure of ingredients were just spread over a larger area. Disappointed.
I’ve placed many orders since PJs opening and I’m pretty well always happy with my food. What really stands out is what happens when something isn’t right. There is no argument or anger, only haste and a desire to make it right. The employees I’ve spoken to have always been pleasant and apologetic and quick to get things straightened out and I believe that type of attitude can move mountains and is something neighboring pizza places lack. Well done

I got cheese sticks today and when I opened the box it was basically bread with barely any cheese on them at all…. There was barely any cheese on them that the crust bubbled up through the tiny bit on there lol 😂 so much for cheese sticks

our entire family literally spends a small fortune in this store . Tonight we once again ordered and I don't know what happened but we only received a cheese pizza when it was supposed to be 2 toppings . I called the store to see if I could bring it back and the manager FRANK was so rude and said no I won't replace it. Now I understand people may be shady at times but this is absolutely not in anyway what was going on. I am just so appaled at how hateful he was and will absolutely never go back . I just can't believe how rude he was I hope the corporate level knows he is a very horrible mangermanger
