I dined in. First off , I ordered food to my table specifically three steak tacos and rice with no onion, light cilantro and instead I got GRILLED onions ( heavy grilled onion) and didn't even get my rice. The waiter was super generous and nice, she took my order correctly, even repeated it to me to make sure of no mistakes. I don't know if it was someone in the kitchen not doing their job but that's unacceptable. I then speak to the manager Ernesto and all he had to say was if I didn't like it I didn't have to come back. This place sucks I'll never eat here again, if I could id give this place 0 stars.

I am a HUGE fan of Mexican food. I lived in the San Diego area for many years. Mexican food was a part of daily life. Either made at home or in the plethora of restaurants that San Diego offered. So, now I live in Springfield and up until recently, it's been a struggle to find good Mexican food, that scratches that itch. Rio Grande, in Lincoln, will now be added to my short list of GREAT Mexican food restaurants. Our waiter, Steve was fantastic. I asked for his recommendations. Which he was happy to do. Our sodas were served in pitchers. How fantastic is that. The chicken Fajitas was tender, juicy and very flavorful. Back to Steve our waiter. He was hysterical. I tipped him $10.00 for the show alone.
