Looking forward to this stop while traveling home…should have went somewhere else. One of the two drinks was horrible, sandwich tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, and the other food orders was wrong.

Very slow. I waited 20+ minutes for 2 regular coffees with cream and sugar. Only one was made after 20 minutes and I had to ask for the second one. The first coffee tasted like hazelnut (definitely not what I ordered). I understand they were busy, but people that ordered behind me, both in the drive through and in line in the shop were getting there more involved drinks and food made and delivered ahead of me.
One recommendation is to put the cream and sugar back out so customers can add it to their coffee and take that responsibility off of your already busy staff.

Very slow. Placed a 2 drink mobile order at 9:25. Pull up to the speaker at 9:32. They (Ryan) answer the radio saying “We are behind. Gonna be a bit.” Then didn’t hear another word from the employee after that. Finally left the drive thru at 9:44. Employee (Ryan) barely acknowledged our existence. Very horrible service!!!

There was milk spilled on a table and 3 employees standing around talking. None could be bothered to clean it up. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the store was opened. I won’t go into the revolting details.
