Worst food and service they have pigs as workers in particular their burger chef Restaurant was really empty as I walked in with my family Made a good income for them with my order of burger and fries and only on one of my bergers had 2 hairs inside I waited over 40 minutes for another burger my family fished eating and just couldn’t keep waiting any longer so I asked for a refund and their like a choir all workers songed out we don’t give refunds But that the burger would come out in 10 minutes
Really I said I just couldn’t wait longer they luaghed and said have a good day
I really recommend everybody to go enjoy and have the best worst experience of food and personal experience ever I have more respect

Rarely have a good experience in the drive thru and the experience is lacking in the dining room due to the kiosks. Food is fine when you get everything that you pay for. Employees are clearly lacking in skill. 👎👎

Service through the drive through is aggravating nearly every time. The only other option is to go inside and do it yourself at the kiosk. Food is way too pricey for the portions. Expect to spend $30+ for two people

Come here a lot due to the truck parking.. went to leave a review on their app under there code said it was a 7 day old code...triple checked same website error...so here goes the review ordered a steak frank with chili cheese and onion... No onions to be found... Cheese was almost ice cold...can you now figure what else wasnt warm..you guessed it the steak frank...chili was 99%beans no sauce or meat.. now let's move onto the side of cheese fries...guess the temp? Wrong ..it was boardeline nuclear so hot it was steaming half way through the meal... If your gonna put cold cheese on hot food heat it up!!! No one likes cold hot dogs except my dog!

Horrible service! Had us waiting 1 hour for 3 chicken finger combos and a large fry. Only had 3 people working. And don’t take refunds. Also my friend ordered a double cheeseburger and got two singles. Just horrible.

I was in here on a Sunday. Ordered my food 35 minutes later still no food.. I asked for a refund and the manager was rude. They were talking to everybody horrible, and they were getting orders based on I guess blackness.. If you’re a truck driver, do not I repeat. Do not go in here unless you’re black.

They messed up our order and when we asked them to fix it they refused and said they would in 25 orders then tried to fight us and started screaming when nothing happened. bunch of disrespectful idiots
An excellent butter garlic double burger. Onion rings were tasty, but a little skimpy. Chili was meh. Wendys still the best. But they really shone w/ a banana shake. Nobody else does that. I want a soda refill before I go, but don't think their system will allow it.

Went and got a milk shake with cherries and choked on the stem of the cherry when it came up through my straw don’t recommend getting a milk shake with cherries without checking it first

Gone are the days when this was a restaurant. Now it is a TouchPad and bar codes. The quality of food has declined over the years but this seems to be the norm. Using a touch screen to order and then scanning a bar code for drinks is the decline. Not the same old steak and shake I grew up with. Such a shame.
