Sat in drive thru for the longest time, no service. Had to go inside to order. We even pulled up to the window, a girl looked at us and kept walking. Why even have a drive thru? My shake was really good however.

The employees are unfriendly and unhappy when you can find them. The kiosk-only automated order process is confusing and very hard to use and there is no one to ask for help. There is no option to order from an actual person . The most frustrating restaurant experience I’ve had in a decade. I might never go to a steak and shake again if they are all like this. I do not recommend.

Was at steak-n-shake in Lincoln Illinois I had to wait 45 minutes in drive up then gave order and had to wait even longer. This is ridiculous.
