Between the app and the lack of customer service, Subway has become awful. First the app fails and not only does it take forever to work, it looses my chips. Then they forget my cookies and when I ask for a refund for the cookies, they hang up on me.

I love subway but love this one a lot! Wendy is the best, the store is always clean the food is amazing and staff always tries their best to be quick and kind. I used to work here and it can be a hard job but Wendy is a great boss and makes the job much smoother.

My wife went to grab some sandwiches for us to eat. I ask for Philly cheese steak with pepper jack cheese, onion, and peppers. I request the bread not be toasted. So I get a cold Philly steak cheese with the cheese not melted. You think being a steak sandwich the meat would be heated up. I guess not.
I guess I will just get my sandwich from Jimmy John for on.

Very friendly workers the food was good but my taste buds just differ from others due to a health issue so it didn't have much taste to me but my grandson said it was just me and it usually is but it was a very clean store and very friendly workers I will come again thank you ladies for your respectable service much appreciated and God bless you

Sandwiches were delivered two had sauce that were not ordered and it’s not a big deal but one also had tomato’s on it when none were ordered. churro came burnt and so hard it was barely edible. truly disappointed when i called they said contact doordash but i didn’t order it through doordash.

On my last visit it was a positive experience. There were two girls working there. I don't know their names but they were friendly enough and knew the menu. Got my order right the first time. Prices are a little extreme nowadays though. I definitely recommend taking coupons.
