Incredible ice cream and great customer service! We tried the Blueberry Wafflecone, Birthday Cake, and some sort of Triple Chocolate flavor. Loved them all! We live 35 miles away and would make the drive to Lincoln again just to eat ice cream at Top Hat! Plus you can check out the courthouse and all of the other cool shops while you eat your ice cream!

I recommend Rush Hour if you like coffee flavors! Our family of four each got something for under $23! This is a big deal at a specialty ice cream shop. Park on the main road and walk through the little underpass/alleyway. This shop would be easy to miss if you're only looking on the main road. They had one table with three seats and a long line, so they must be good!
