The pizza could be a little bit warmer (wasn't cold just not hot), however 5 stars because the order was prepared very quickly, the wings were great and the staff was friendly.

Ordered through door dash. Spent over $70. Was down In back thought I'd order for family. While door dash was timely. ALL our food was colder then room temp. Except 1 sandwich. Had to heat thin n crispy pizza on our pizzazz. No crispy to anything. Wings good price but actually cold. Yuk. Sorry not fans.

for $26 worth of food. Having to go home and cook the partially frozen wings was a disappointment as the sauce cooked in. The menu stated that the wings were crispy...however the skins were rubbery. Good news the wing pieces were large. The on line menu prices were also lower than posted in store. The menus on line and in the store offer a selection of 3 breads for the cheese toasties..(Grilled cheese). In reality only one option was offered and it ended up being super soggy.. All this when they had very little business.. Will I return? Probably not.

Though the side salad was good and had fresh veggies ...they are over priced and prices in store dont align with prices online. I ordered wings they were cold and undercooked I had to cook them again when I got home as I worried to eat in car due to the temperature they were.and their cheese toastie was soggy rather then crisp/toastie. Very disappointed for the price I paid

Door Dash was down and the manager went out of her way to deliver our order. First time trying Turbo Fire and won’t be our last! Customer service is great!

I am not one to leave bad ratings but this is owed. First food was ok, not the $37 worth we spent on it for 2 sandwiches and a personal pizza. Which is why it is at least getting 2 stars. First the woman behind the counter touched everything under the sun with gloves, her face mask, cash register, menus and then made someones meal. She was very nice very friendly but its worth a good conversation over food service & safety for sure. But that isn't what did it for me. What did it was when she saw a spider outside she exclaimed the whole building needs bug bombed because of all the roaches. Which is sad because this place has potential. We have no real desire to return.
