My husband and I discovered this little gem last year. We stayed at the marriott overnight and were looking for a breakfast place other than the hotel restaurant and Walker bros. I googled breakfast restaurants and this little establishment popped up. We were amazed at how delicious, friendly, and quaint this place was! We've been back a few times when we're up this way and are never disappointed.

Really awesome breakfast restaurant! Service was great, food came out quickly, portions are large, and prices are very reasonable. My husband enjoyed the breakfast burrito with the potato pancakes. My California omelette was great - they don’t skimp on the avocado as many other restaurants do. All add ins tasted really fresh. The buttermilk pancakes for the side were very flavorful as well.

my boyfriend and I come here at least once a week for the last few years! The owners are so kind and the food is amazing. We order here so much they know our order before we even say it haha they make an amazing cappuccino and the vibes are immaculate!! I’m so sad I don’t live directly across the street anymore or I’d be in every day!!

It's tucked away in a failing strip mall in Lincolnshire, but that adds s bit to the place as it's quiet when you sit outside. Which is better than the hustle and bustle of other places with outdoor seating. Inside has tables on either side of the room and the owners, a family, led by Michael, welcome each person as they enter the establishment. Often, Michael himself, his wife or son will be waiting on you, friendly as can be, to offer up suggestions for breakfast, lunch, or brunch.
And it really doesn't matter shat you order, it's all delicious and fresh.
And it's refreshing not to be rushed out of a restaurant these days. They're happy to have you, remember you by name, and will accommodate you if you have a large party or event.
Chipy Cafe us my favorite breakfast place in the area for food, service, and ambiance. This truly is a place where they know your name and treat you like family when you're there.

Took my father here at his request for fathers day. My food came with hair in it. Once food was served I never saw waitress, had to show the bus boy. No response from waitress or owners about hair, no apology, no acknowledgement at all, none. Item removed from my bill but I didn't eat at all. No offer of another meal or to order something else. Table next to us were in town from Wisconsin, her food was wrong and didn't get any condiments she asked for. She went there based off reviews and they were not impressed as well. Her husband's response was "you can't just drop off food and not come back". They won't be around long. Dennys would have been better, much better options out there dont bother with this place.
