There were 2 people on the drive-thru speaker which was my first clue of a language and/or training issue. Drive-thru staff couldn't get a 2 coffee order correct. Wrong size, amount of creme (default for a large is 4), kept adding vanilla to an order that didn't request it, etc. Ended up driving away from drive-thru to another Dunk where everything was fast and perfect.

Wow, what an experience at this coffee shop! The customer service could use some improvement and training, but I'm optimistic they'll get there. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they're doing okay. Management, please consider offering more training on customer service.I ordered an iced coffee, specifically asking for a large size. The lady taking my order didn't follow up about cream, sugar, or any additional items. It was a bit disappointing, especially since this coffee run is supposed to kickstart your day. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to giving them another chance!

Don't come here. Customer service is rude! I never write bad reviews as I understand the food & beverage industry. I've worked in it for years! Before I start, I work in hospitality and customer service as well and know that you can't control how busy you get sometimes but you don't flat out ignore or interrupt a customer. I decided to give this place a second chance. But boy did they prove me right, yet again. Even with new people hired there. I was waiting INSIDE for ten minutes and no one ever acknowledged me yet they saw and walked past me numerous times. They were too focused on the drive thru. I understand that they had a long drive thru line but I'm still a paying customer too! (Well, I WAS).I finally said "Can someone please help me? I have been waiting and standing here for ten minutes."The lady working on Jan 17th AM interrupted me by saying "Do you want to go to the drive thru? Or order on the app? I'm busy with the drive thru." I said "No, I've been waiting longer than the people in the drive thru." She ignored me. So, I left. I'm never coming back here and told all of my coworkers what happened. This is why I don't have any problem going to Starbucks or a Small business instead. Even if that means I have to pay more for *expected* respect.It's sad that Dunkin still doesn't understand that hat pleasing customers is STILL a priority! Do better.

They didn't tell me as I was ordering that they didn't have something made it anyway with things missing, still charged for the missing items. The water that they use tastes so bad like a well water never coming back to this one. Would avoid at all costs.

This Dunkin location has improved immensely. The workers here are extremely hard working and I give them a lot of credit. I frequent this location and the workers are fast and efficient at their job. They've rarely made a mistake on my order, but even if they do make a lil blunder, they are quick to fix it and get it right. Also, years ago, I remember this location was always low on stock of items/sold out, but I never have that problem with them now. Their signature lattes are fairly pricy, but comparable in price to Starbucks lattes. Not to mention, I like the taste of their coffee over Starbucks. In my opinion, they offer more of a variety of food items and more delicious food than Starbucks does. The egg and cheese wake up wrap is incredible!! Not only is it healthy, but it's also filling enough with a cup of coffee. The donuts here consistently taste fresh too. I want to mention a worker here named Kris who is exceptional at his job. Kris has never made a mistake with my order, is extremely bubbly and engaging, and always looks happy to be there. That guy honestly deserves a medal for how wonderful he serves and represents Dunkin--positivity and high spirits!

This particular Dunkin' is part of a gas station and it's very small! The choices are limited if you don't come here in the morning! I just got a chocolate and vanilla long John! It was soft but didn't taste fresh!

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted with regular cream cheese, and Americano coffee, for $8.50. Coffee is subpar and the cup is leaking a lot, but the bagel is ROCK HARD and inedible. Have to throw it out.Service has always been spotty at best at this location (read other reviews), but this is the first time I've had to throw out an order. Avoiding from now on.

Okay, before everyone freaks out, let me say, I know previously this location was horrendous. But I think they have a few new hires and a lot seems different about this location now. There was a really terrible manager before, but now the lady there is much more kind and provides good service. Also, the guy at the window is absolutely so sweet. There was another guy before that seemed to just hate his job and life in general, but this guy (has long hair) is great! I'm so glad because this was the closest Dunkin to me and I was sad that I had to avoid it because of terrible service for so long.
