Wow, what an experience at this coffee shop! The customer service could use some improvement and training, but I'm optimistic they'll get there. Don't come here. Customer service is rude! I never write bad reviews as I understand the food & beverage industry. I've worked in it for years! Before I start, I work in hospitality and customer service as well and know that you can't control how busy you get sometimes but you don't flat out ignore or interrupt a customer. They didn't tell me as I was ordering that they didn't have something made it anyway with things missing, still charged for the missing items. The water that they use tastes so bad like a well water never coming back to this one. Would avoid at all costs.
