My medium coffee contained an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little actual drink
I understand the construction, but the drive-thru takes a while, the coffee is not well-made, and the food was not hot
I always thought all dunkins serve the same experience even with varying owners. But this one stood out. Folks didn’t speak English or make a macchiato & they wanted to charge me extra 50c for a straw!
