“Wow, what an experience at this coffee shop! The customer service could use some improvement and training, but I'm optimistic they'll get there. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they're doing okay. Management, please consider offering more training on customer service.I ordered an iced coffee, specifically asking for a large size. The lady taking my order didn't follow up about cream, sugar, or any additional items. It was a bit disappointing, especially since this coffee run is supposed to kickstart your day. “My 4 year old son loved it here!!! He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

However, I came in on July 30th, 2026, only to notice that their summer menu was in full swing. On the menu there was a “Funky Monkey” available. Enticing for sure, but how could I forfeit the opportunity to once again indulge in the “Dirty Hippie.” I mulled my options, verbalizing this dilemma with my bestest friend and the barista on staff. She noted that the banana syrup, exclusive to the “Funky Monkey,” could be added to the “Dirty Hippie.” I knew what had to be done. It was in that moment the “Funky Hippie” was born. My only regret is that I drank all of mine. Perhaps what we want most is what we had and lost. Go to Tala. “Went in for the first time last week and I can’t wait to go back again! Ordered their cookies and cream shake and asked for it to be a little less sweet and they made it perfect! I also got a taro boba and that was delicious as well. The boba pearls were soft and chewy. As soon as I entered, Kelly and the rest of the staff greeted me with smiles and a warm welcome. I noticed the temperature inside the store was high,
With weather 90 degrees Fahrenheit, actually was much hotter than outside. I asked why it was so hot, and they unfortunately replied that the air conditioning was broken throughout the entire place. I couldn't stand the heat. However, everyone was incredibly helpful and did their best under these sweltering conditions inside Dunkin' Donuts.

I confirmed that no one could tolerate the heat inside due to the lack of ventilation. I appreciate the efforts of the employees who work hard to improve the business every day, no matter the circumstances. Providing samples and helping us work with the $3 deal going on in the app. Making separate orders and not making us feel like we are being difficult. Overall, had a wonderful experience provided and would recommend to others.“

“This location is very accommodating! The food was a bit more crispy/almost burnt, but I see they were busy with online orders. We bought a milk and the seal to the cap was broken so they gave us a new one. There was also a mix-up with the type of sandwich we ordered and the owner personally got us the right one! Now that’s what good service is! I’m not sure I’d come back unless the owner is here lol but hey I will still give them 5 stars.“

“The staff here are honestly miracle workers. I usually come to this location on the weekend before I go to work every time they have a crazy long line in the drive-through and have a line to the door inside. I’ve seen three workers max at this location yet they get my order out quick and it’s always correct and on top of that. They are very nice people. Meanwhile, the dunkin by my house will have eight workers and half the customers and you’ll be waiting triple the time you would be spending here.
