The one girl that took my order and made my food was great, but the one named Julia yelling in the back was not. Also heard the sound of sports so mightve been watching Sunday football but either way the nonstop yelling was ridiculous while the one girl did all of the work.

Newly tried this location after our closer one closed down. Food was well prepared BUT they didn't deliver it curbside. It's an option in the app that I had selected. When I got there, not busy, only 1-2 other customers inside, but no one brought out the order. The app didn't have a check in option bc I ordered as a guest, but I'm literally parked in front of their window for 10 min at the signage. I also tried calling multiple times, but no one picked up. Taking it out would've taken them no more than 30 seconds. That said, the food was still good and that's what matters most. Just be prepared not to wear pajamas thinking curbside will actually work.

I went there around 8:30 in the morning and the place was not busy at all! I ordered the farmhouse egg white sandwich! They cut the sandwich in half already, which was perfect for me to share! It was a huge sandwich and very tasty and the egg cooked just right!

We enjoyed are time here, there was fast service and good food ! Wish there was a broader selection when it came to bagels, but I'm not sure if that was because we came at 9:30. There was a lack of seating in the restaurant, so I don't recommend coming to study. Overall, a great experience and we'll be back for more

The young blonde girl and the young man with the beard in the Arizona hat were absolutely horrible. We came in on a Sunday morning and they treated us very disrespectfully when we tried to place our order. Not sure if they were being racist to a group of POC, but they did not behave this way with the rest of the customers that came in. Their treatment cost this store a large order!
My husband and I each tried a bagel sandwich last month. Although the bagels themselves had decent flavor, the prices are high. The most off putting item was that an older man ordered behind me and then squeezed his way past by, which I thought he was just looking for a drink in the cooler area. Instead, his order was prioritized, he paid ahead of me and the employees were chatting with him the entire time. He was clearly a regular and somehow he is above the rest of us, and the employees supported this behavior. Mind you, I am the only person of color in the store and there was another woman in front of me who he did not try to squeeze in front of. He also parks his car right at the curb in front of the store, and sat eating his sandwich in his car (engine off) the entire time even though the parking lot is empty. The entitlement in this area is ridiculous, and shame on your employees for supporting this behavior.

Great bagels but staff needs more help in the mornings someone can leave later on in the day however, the mornings are the busiest time and another employee is necessary to support the rest of the staff!

Food is seemingly the same as always (good! - no issues there) but the store is depressing with no indoor seating to fill the large space. Why hasn't any seating been restored since Covid? The store appearance really cheapens the Einstein brand.

Was interested to visit after seeing the menu online, and though the food was good, the cashier was rude. I had to wait until he was done talking for my order to be taken and then he got it wrong three times because he wasn't paying attention. Learn to take care of the customer first and then have your down time. Won't be coming back.
