Small family run . Don’t be deceived by the name. The food is very good. Very fresh really great service small intimate restaurant. They have a small dining area probably for parties that are somewhat small or overflow.. try it out so good !! I guess you can order Omakasa I was looking at reviews and it looks amazing. It’s so fun to sit up at the sushi bar and watch their craft with those amazing knives so skillful.

Overall, the sushi was excellent. Very high quality food and super friendly staff. We were given warm towels at the beginning of our dining experience which was pretty nice. It’s on the pricier side but if you’re looking for a nice option out with your friends/significant other this is a great suburban spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here for our wedding anniversary! We called the day of and made reservations. The fish was soooooo fresh. I've eaten at Mako and other Michelin star sushi spots and this place honestly is a contender for more than half the price. I saw a review about the sushi chef not wearing gloves... Almost no sushi chef wears gloves. It's very normal in the cuisine and acceptable. Everything was delicious. We'll certainly be back.

I just left this place . I went in to place an order. The guy was preparing sushi with no gloves. Not sanitary. Said he washed his hands and also cursed me out and told me to get on then. I’m not even from here .

This seemingly humble sushi spot was delicious. I eat a lot of sushi and coming from out of town, this was super good. The fish was fresh and I honestly appreciated the simplicity of the rolls. Not too much rice in them and just focused on good quality fish. I walked in before closing and they were so welcoming. If you're hungry they will make sure you're fed! Such a sweet staff. They even gave me a sampling of a mackerel stew that was also fresh and delicious. Last even my wine was delicious. Not oxidized or days old. Highly recommend this place.

Had a reservation, came in early, still had to wait over an hour to be seated. Was able to be seated, waited over an hour to get my order in. One sushi chef for this whole place, makes the food take even longer to come out. I’ve been to plenty of high-quality omakase restaurants, and this by far was the most disappointing. I’ve never had to wait this long for a meal. Staff was seen drinking on the job. Never again will be going here.

I'm shocked that this restaurant has this many good reviews...I saw this place on Tik Tok and really wanted to try the spicy tuna rice. We made a reservation online, and still had to wait about 2 hours to even order. There was a new girl at the bar, and a man that looked like the host. There were clearly open tables, yet we still had to wait. Honestly, we felt bad leaving considering the video on Tik Tok highly recommended this location and we wanted to give it a shot. Once we were finally seated, it took about another 20 minutes just to take our order (Again, it was not busy whatsoever). At the bar and near the kitchen, all three of the employees were making cocktails and drinking while we were STILL waiting to order. We only got the tuna on rice, and canceled the rest of our sushi order because of how long we were waiting. The rice was chewy either way. While I was watching the sushi chef put orders out that were ready, I saw a piece of wasabi fall off of the platter, and the host picked it up with his bare hands and put it back on. Disgusting. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Sad considering the inside had potential- the service was terrible.
