Sorry, but the 5 star reviews are fake. I know they are really trying but it's just a negative experience every time we go here. My father likes pancakes so we have to keep going back. The food and service are pretty terrible and way over priced.I'll describe the funniest experience we had in our 6 times going... My husband ordered the pumpkin pancake special. He received regular pancakes. He addressed the issue with our server. We are used to our order coming incorrectly. It's ridiculous. Anyway, he gets the pancakes back... They shoved some canned pumpkin in the middle of the 2 pancakes. Disgusting. Pancake House doesn't know how to make their special pumpkin pancakes. One good thing is they have gf options.

It took 30 minutes for our server to take our order. I ordered a waffle and side of bacon. The waffle was pure rubber, couldn't hardly cut it, and the bacon was $7 for 3 strips, very expensive! No one came to check on us so I sat there with an inedible rubber waffle. It took several requests to get the check, then to find out the server doesn't know how to do separate checks, even though we asked before ordering and he said yes. Then me and my friend used the ladies room. It reeked of urine because the feminine hygiene waste basket was over flowing. Gross! Do not recommend.

We came to the restaurant after a rainy and windy cross country meet at the local high school. It wasnt busy at all. There were about 6 other families there.I initially tried to order a side of chocolate chips for my daughter's kids' silver dollar pancake order. The waiter said no. So I said I'll just order a regular order. He kept saying it was too big and that I could order an omelet and get a side of chocolate chip pancakes. I didn't want an omelet. I asked if I could get a half order, and he said no. So I settled with plain silver dollar pancakes. As the waiter was putting the order in, he realized I could get chocolate chips on the side.We then ordered the rest of our food and a hot chocolate. The food came and we ate, but the hot chocolate never came. When he came with the bill, I asked him if he could remove the hot chocolate. He said he thought he brought it out, and he felt bad about not bringing it out. He didn't have a problem removing it from the bill.As for the food, it was very bland. The salsa that came with my huevos rancheros was watered down. We added salt and pepper and used a lot of Tabasco sauce. The Monte Cristo also didn't have much flavor to the French toast part. The solver dolllar pancakes tasted like raw pancake mix. The BLT was good, though.I really do like supporting small businesses, but for the price and quality, I don't think we will be back.

Had to ask for syrup (a pancake place). Service was incredibly slow, while place was not busy. We were there for an hour & half.

Do not recommend, our server took 30 mins to take our order, the food was average or below average. Our server never asked how our food was nor refilled our drinks. Had to ask for the check after trying to waive someone down 3 times to give a box to us for our leftovers. When paying the check they had a $15 welcome discount when paying through the inKind app. No one there knew how to apply the check, the one person the server got to help just said it is not accurate, I asked to speak to a manager or the owner, she said the owner left and she is new. No one there has a clue what is going on nor how to run a restaurant.

Food was cold, took forever to order, didn't match the description on the menu, bacon was overcooked and cold, cappuccino had no foam, whole menu over priced. If French toast was dry, the pancakes were drier. Banana crepes were crepes with banana slices, no sauce, or anything that matched the description. The banana French toast had a sauce that looked closer to pudding. The server, Sebastian, was great. Unfortunately, what he had to work with was not. Will not recommend it.

Consistently bad service.... we've been here four times and every time we're surrounded by people not getting served. We always have items missing and finish the meal before basic things like syrup and butter come out. Never get refills, drinks are slow to come out, etc. Management clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant. The staff is working hard, but not smart. So inefficient.Food is alright, but overpriced. Coffee is good (when it comes out)Won't be coming back unless they get on one of those restaurant recovery shows.

The food and skillets were delicious, took time to find it around back of corporate building, but since it recently opened in sure that will be attended to!

I typically try to only leave good reviews because I know most reviews tend to be negative but I have to be completely honest. First off, we came in late August to Easter décor which was interesting but decided to stay. I don’t believe many of the servers had served for very long and it showed. We ordered the breakfast burrito that had some mystery meat in it not part of the description, we still aren’t sure what it was. The hash browns were tasteless and we got cinnamon stuffed French Toast that tasted sour. I’m being completely honest as a 52 year old woman, it’s probably some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. My daughter and I got to the point that it was laughable. Where is chef Irvin from Restaurant Impossible when you need him?? Lol!

I had the long espresso and lox and bagel. I highly recommend both. The eggs Benedict was passable but the hollandaise tasted like it came from a can. Friendly service.

Food was excellent and the service was fast when we first got there. Once it got busy, the servers were very overwhelmed. My omelette was perfectly cooked and there was no issue with swapping some ingredients. The loaded hash browns are fantastic. Coffee is delicious but no one came by to refill once it got super busy. Everyone was very friendly though. We will return.

It was a decent amount of people but not overwhelming and it took over 35 minutes for pancakes eggs and corned beef hash. The atmosphere was cozy, quiet and clean. The young man which serviced my table had curly hair which he continued to put his hands in it. I watched him service others and do the same and serve food. A big no no. I helped him by getting my own from the arrival platter he put down. He needed a head band or hat. That was unsanitary. It took long visits in between for him to come back and I'm a very easy pleaser. I wanted to order a take out but my original meal took so long to come out, I dare not order anything else. Eggs were overcooked and hash bland and you could smell the meat of it but it wasn't a scent of savor.

OWNER!!! Attention!!!The food was great, and the interior is comfy, definitely want to come back for a lunch or meeting. Take an additional credit for a coffee, thank you for brewing it!BUT... I would love to see my server 3-4 times max during the visit:1. Take drinks order2. Main dish order3. One and only one QC (how is everything?)4. Final billIt is not great to have your server checking on you every two minutes when you are full-mouth chewing answering again and again if everything ok? COME ONI get it, the staff trying to provide the best possible customer service. But the reality is that you are going out to meet with a friend, date, a business meeting, or anything else but you didn't come to meet your server.Again, overall a great place.

Prices are pretty high ($3.99 for a cup of apple juice) and the steak skillet was more potato than anything. The service was a little slow and servers seemed very overwhelmed.
