I was very excited to try this location as I adore the Chicago restaurant Sadly, this location was very underwhelming! Disappointing for sure. Felt like a chain! Service was very robotic. Server made no attempt to smile or engage with us. Again, robotic. Food very salty and room temperature. Server never checked on us to see if we needed anything. Very rushed, very impersonal. Will stick with Chicago!!

The food was very good. Our server, however, was so hyper, it was hard to even communicate with him. NOT fine dining experience for sure, but not worthy of a diner even. The “music” continues to be merely a pounding sound, not an addition to ambience as it should be.

Jeff was a great Server as my five guests were from LA and had never been to a Francescas. They were very impressed with the service, setting and of course the food. We ran into a snag as the wine decanter was of light glass and as it was moved across our table it struck a light fixture on the table and broke and wine went everywhere. Staff was quickly on the accident and replaced our wine at no cost. My guests enjoyed each of their entrees and indicated they wanted to come back and try other Francesca locations.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I didn't know you as a customer have ask for water, for bread, for menus, for refills, when to order, when to pay...and after appetizers they compleyely clear our table (silverware, glasses, etc.)...and we didn't even order entrees...I thought I was on one of those prank shows...???
