I’ve held back at least three times from posting a review but they get my uncomplicated order wrong pretty much every time. They mix up Cajun fries and regular fries so often that it’s becoming both an annoyance and a concern. Especially when I receive the Cajun fries I didn’t ask for. Burgers have been wrong in the past as well. It’s like they don’t know how to read here.

This five guys make more fries then burgers been here 13 min waiting on a uber eats order all the guy keep doing is bagging up fries not burgers and no burgers getting made sandwiches sitting there with condiments no meat

The cook greeted me warmly when I came in, staff so nice and friendly, music on radio made me feel like kid again rush old memories hehe, my 1st time here im certainly coming back again. Burger cook all way through too despite how thick my sandwich was it appreciated 👏🏼 💐
Apparently they ran out of cups for water and did not give another option. They refused to give me another type of cup for me to have water in unless I paid $3.49 plus tax which is the cost for a soda. I just wanted water with my meal. I canceled my whole order and left. Needless to say, it will be a while before I return.

I love Five Guys! Their burgers, fries, and shakes are delicious. My favorite chain burger in the Chicagoland area. They allow you to add a lot of ingredients to your burger which is awesome. I crave Five Guys burgers.
