Disclaimer: I’m Lebanese. Decent food (not as authentic as could be though) and cute decoration and display of desserts. Prices are decent and portions are generous! The waitress was speaking too fast and constantly seemed in a hurry. We felt pressured to order and communicate any requests. It would be nice to add some music to add some ambience (Fairuz!).

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Had a family Iftar here and everyone loved it. Management was very helpful with getting the order together. Very accommodating with being able to order and pay before reservation time so that it was a smooth experience for the Iftar. Great vibes. Delicious desserts. Food was amazing. Like I said, everyone enjoyed!!

Very busy. Plan ahead as finding parking is tough. Ordered Knafeh to go. Short wait and good customer service. Knafeh was delicious.

I’m from out of town I came by because I heard this place was good. The food ok but their knafa was far from it. After bringing to my waitresses attention that It was old and crusty. Some old guy comes up to me from the bakery area and tells me that I the customer insulted him by telling him his knafa is old. I’m Palestinian we are the originators of knafa that knafa is an insult to my culture. Please learn how to speak to your customers. I didn’t come for hand outs pal I spent $200 with you. Very rude and prideful, not good for business. After reading your reviews there are plenty of people saying the same things. Wait until I tell the people that sent me there. Shame on you

I had the Veggie King as a late lunch, nothing else that day due to full work schedule. Felt dizzy for 4-5 hours right after and Threw up the whole night and experienced general discomfort. Called in the morning to let them know to check the food, spoke to lady manager Akima/Hanima, she was defensive about the situation and told me that property I have flu.

No complaints about food. We tried the Mana’eesh, Combo Kabab plate, Cream of Mushroom soup and Kunafa. The soup was the better than what I’ve tried elsewhere. The Kunafa was decent but we’ve had better at other places in the area.Overall, 4/5 on food.Service was below par. After some wait, the servers appeared to be in a terrible mood, were not super attentive and seemed to hate their jobs. A customer also barged in saying he knows the “owner” and skipped past the line of waiting customers, which of course doesn’t leave the best of impressions. They do have a variety of neat bakery items and sweets which we didn’t get to try but might come back for them.

Dry, tasteless meat..will never order again. The garlic sauce tasted like cheap, low quality ranch dressing. The bread was rubbery and dry also.

This is probably the best Arab food in the chicagoland area, the food is very well seasoned and priced, you can’t go wrong with anything you order!Desserts are a must have and black tea at the end. This place is 100% worth the hype and the positive reviews it gets. I can’t wait until I’m hungry so I can eat here again.
