I would rate them 0 if an option!

I came in with my sister-in-law and brother, who is diabetic, and approached Julia, one of the servers—a skinny blonde.
I politely asked if she could start with my brother due to his condition, whenever she had a moment. However, when she came to our table to take the order, her attitude was really unpleasant. I suggested that if she didn’t want to serve us, she could call someone else to avoid a bad day for all of us. We ordered food and drinks, but she only brought the mineral water instead of the regular. When we asked for the regular water, she took the glasses away angrily and left.

Larry, the restaurant manager, ( with experience of 21 years ) approached our table in an even ruder manner, claiming Julia was upset because we asked her to come to us and that we haven’t placed our order with her, He said he wouldn’t tolerate that. I tried to explain that I approached her while she was in the hallway and I am sure cameras can show that if necessary , but he raised his voice and wouldn’t let me speak.
Also he claimed that we haven’t order our food and were expecting to eat ? Then I clearly said we placed our order with Julia S, she even brought our water to the table.

I will never return to this place, and I genuinely hope these individuals find jobs they love, where customers aren’t subjected to a negative experience just because they’re having a bad day or because are short staffed. They ruined my day and made me not eat.

Additionally we were not served by the unpleasant attitude lady. We were served by Larry and look on our receipt. Says Julia S was our server. ( the one we have placed order initially and lied that we haven’t placed the order)

I recommend 0 Starts for everything in this place. !!! Staff, Atmosphere , and makes you not wanna eat !!

It's not what it used to be, the truth is that the food is no longer good, you pay so much for the food to no longer be good, what a shame because I had been coming here for more than a year, but now I'm not coming back, what a shame

Wrong food was served, long wait for service, and steak was burnt. Server did not take off the right items off the receipt even though we cancelled the order since the food took too long to come out.

I don't know why they're playing that typos music, but it was a HUGE turn off!! I had to put my earbuds in, because it was TERRIBLE! Now I see why there were so many curbside pic upset. I'll definitely be going that rout as well.

Parking: The parking is terrible by the restaurant, because it shares a lot with Red Lobster. However, right across from the restaurant's lot is another open lot to the mall, and there's plenty of free parking there.

The food was delicious and the service that I received from my server and from Esteban was wonderful. I would give them five stars for service and atmosphere if it had not been for a manager named Lara. As Esteban was dividing up our bill, she decided to come fold her arms and stare at me while the process was happening. He explained that he was taking care of it, and she still stood there in front of me with her arms crossed, staring at me. She then came to the group and was telling the group That she could not divide our bill And that we would have to figure out what we’re going to do. When I question her, she actually Asked me to leave the restaurant of which I did. When I got to my vehicle, I realize I didn’t even pay my portion of the bill so I went back in. I asked for the manager’s name over LARA which I was told was Pam. I asked for the Corperate number and LARA Came back with the corporate number her complete name and wanted to engage in a confrontation with me again. I had to ask her several times to get away from me and stop talking to me. I didn’t want to deal with her, and finally she left me alone. It was a very truly harassing situation. It was embarrassing to saY the lease, but what was even more distraught was the fact that when the other workers found out that I had stood up to her bullying ways, they actually told me that they felt that she was the most horrible manager they have ever had to deal with at Olive Garden. They also told me that if she was to see them talking to me they would get into trouble. This lady does not deserve to have a position where she is over anyone, especially when you are demeaning, aggressive, and confrontational just poor poor customer service skills. Our bill collectively came to $645.00

Typical Olive Garden experience and menu. The food is good when you want quick, semi-authentic Italian. The staff was all friendly, very helpful, and efficient. I don't have any complaints, other than I wish their food relied a bit less on salt.
