Unfortunately, we found a hair in our Ultimate Feast, which costs around $50—a pretty pricey meal. We informed our waitress, Angela, about the issue and showed her the hair. We made it clear that we weren’t asking for a refund or a replacement; we just wanted to bring it to the manager’s attention. Despite the food issue, we still tipped our waitress well because she was great.
It’s been years since I last visited Red Lobster—back when they had the shrimp trios. I was really disappointed with the food, and finding hair in it made the experience even worse. I won’t be returning.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a perfect setting for our meal. Our server, Rachel, was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding us to choose the perfect dishes to share. She truly made our experience even better. The food was delicious, and as it was our first time trying crab and lobster, it was just right.

Haley our server was one of the best servers that I’ve encountered at any restaurant anywhere. It was a very busy Sat night but she engaged with us like we were the only table in the room! Food and drinks were good but the service and experience by Haley was phenomenal!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at Red Lobster. It was obvious our server didn't want to accommodate us because of our race. I had my two children with me who had to experience such a lack of kindness and professionalism. The food was great but because of how we were treated, we could barely enjoy our food. I appreciate you Kai for helping us, you were the sweetest. This will probably be our last time dining in if this is the treatment we'll be given.
