Waited for nearly ten minutes for my sandwich which was given to me cold. My coffee had also spilled down the side. No big deal, silly errors, but then the app wasn’t working and we had to wait for several more minutes for them to keep scanning it before they told us “we’ll honor this just this one time” as if we were lying in some way when the offer was showing up on the app in front of them. On top of that, when I said, “ok, can I have the other coffee?” they didn’t know what I was talking about went and grabbed the other drink that was waiting and then slammed the window shut. No “thank you” or anything. Really poor service, way too long of a delay and food was cold. I worked at sbux for three years - this is not how customer service should be. Train your people. The service at this location is always so bad.

Not quite sure if everybody was phoning it in this day. Or a service is just different in a different state. But it seemed to take over 10 minutes to get a drip coffee. Because they had done made this seems very odd for a Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I was an employee with the company for three years and this is so sad to see. 20 minutes for a coffee consistently, and no 20is not an exaggeration, it’s being conservative and polite.
Store manager is utterly incompetent, without any sense of urgency, or true client service. Condescending and rude, not a care in the world.
Staff is severely undertrained and highly unprofessional. Young, inexperienced, and little to no work ethic.
Total disgrace, sad to see. Regional manager needs to fix this, good luck

This reminds me of when I used to walk to 7-Eleven as a kid. That is not a compliment. Always noisy, crowded and the worst Wi-Fi of any location. Old store across the street was better but admittedly, not by much.
The only Starbucks I go to where I'm paying $8 for ice. I ordered a venti lavender matcha less than 10 sips and it's finished. It never fails with this location they fill the cup with ice

I love this Starbucks on Touhy! They always get my order right, it’s so clean and peaceful in here AND the amazing barista Danica was so kind - she gave me my drink in a size up! Their customer service is amazing here and they work really hard because they’re on it! I love this location ??
