Every time I go there, I have to wait to order even a coffee ,if I order through the app most of the times they don’t respect the time they promise on the app. You have to always wait. 5, 10 minutes over the time they promise on the app.

“I always order the same drink, but this time it was completely different. When I brought it up, the employee insisted it was because of the ice, which didn’t make sense. Instead of addressing my concern, they dismissed it. Poor customer service.”

Waited for nearly ten minutes for my sandwich which was given to me cold. My coffee had also spilled down the side. No big deal, silly errors, but then the app wasn’t working and we had to wait for several more minutes for them to keep scanning it before they told us “we’ll honor this just this one time” as if we were lying in some way when the offer was showing up on the app in front of them. On top of that, when I said, “ok, can I have the other coffee?” they didn’t know what I was talking about went and grabbed the other drink that was waiting and then slammed the window shut. No “thank you” or anything. Really poor service, way too long of a delay and food was cold. I worked at sbux for three years - this is not how customer service should be. Train your people. The service at this location is always so bad.
