Chances have changed ownership in the last couple months and it shows. Jay the new owner decided to add a pool table, dart board, and a jukebox to the party room. Sounds great right? Well my mom had the party room booked for months in advance and the owner decided to have all those fun party things installed the day on my mom’s wedding reception. “No exceptions had to be done that day,” according to the owner and his manager. The party room at max was able to hold 44 people, my mom invited 40. But sure let’s put a 6x12 foot pool table in a small party room that is already booked for the event. There was three different times that a manager had to make sure the room was booked for that day. Really sad that this is how the new owner decided to do business. We catered through them (which is really rosati’s pizza or eggpress cafe) and Chances didn’t have plates, serving ware, or utensils. We had to send people to Walgreens to get all the things we needed. We ended up making the night special for my mom and stepdad, no thanks to Chances. I do want to give a shoutout to a female bartender who I wish I got her name, made sure we were taken care of at the bar when we were partly ignored by others. And shoutout to Scott who did all the installations of the pool table, jukebox, and dartboard, who understood our frustration and worked fast to have it done before we arrived and made sure we had music for free. I strongly do not recommend this place what so ever. And more and more people will realize this change in ownership is not for the better
I didn’t have food, but the service was phenomenal. The lemon berry martini was amazing! Thank you for your service Octavius and Giovanni!

Service seems always slow. We had to go to the bar to get drinks when they offer wait staff.

Rose brings out a good crowd for trivia, but the staff of 2 cannot keep up with a moderately busy crowd. The owner meanwhile stands in back and does nothing to help other than change outfits. She does nothing to support her staff or help customers in need. There are better places to go for trivia.

The owner (confirmed) came up to our table during trivia and asked if we ordered a pizza. I told her we did not but asked her if I could place an order with her as we had been waiting for over 40 MINUTES to order food, and she told me “not right now” and never came back.
Went for the first time because
The L & M Experience was playing. They are amazing and fun musicians! No one came to wait on me, but the bartender was really fun when I went up to the bar to order a beverage. I tried the
Old Irving Tropical Thoughts brew. It was very good. I also appreciate how they advertise for the artists that are playing.
I’d go back.

Much bigger than it looks from the parking lot. Large menu of food, cocktails, and beer. Reasonable prices

This bar has good bartenders and then fire them. A neighborhood bar we used to love we won't be back.

I think this bar is a great place to have a drink, listen to live Music, Bingo, Trivia, but I think since they raised their prices on their beer on tap, that made me go elsewhere.
Parking: Parking is limited in front but plenty in the rear behind building.
