Why Go

The service at this establishment is so bad. The drinks are always made wrong and the employees at the window always have an attitude and won’t even speak to you or say your total.

I ordered the 6.00 meal deal, they asked if I wanted crossaint or bagel for the sandwich I said bagel, but was given croissant. It was still good but that is not what I asked for. I went through drive thru, also asked for salt & pepper packets, got 7 pepper & no salt!! And the packets were shoved in the bag with my hashbrowns!! Not 1 single napkin with my order! How do you not give napkins with a food order at the drive thru! The coffee was good. I go to different dunkin donuts & all are friendly but here they seem like you are bothering them. Not a friendly atmosphere. I wont be back at this location.

I was in the drive thru around 7am yesterday morning just to order my drink and was told that I couldn't use my points. I asked for help and an explanation but it seemed to busy for anyone to help. I parked my car to go inside and still no one would help. I left without my drink and told the gentleman that I would not be returning and he replied that he didn't care. This is unacceptable and a true lack of customer care! I will find a different store and will never return to this Horrible location!

I had a $5.00 gift card that I had been given years ago and I decided it was time to use it! I took my mother there, we got two donuts and after 11:00, (which it just happened to be) you get a free donut! Our total bill for three donuts and a cup of coffee was $2.89!
Fun time at Dunkin' Donuts!!

I have mixed feelings as I've had multiple problems coming to this Dunkin. I've had wrong orders, as well as situations where I was unable to order at all due to them being out of ice one time and then out of coffee the next visit. The staff is nice though. It almost makes me feel bad because the last time I ordered from here, the manager was so rude to the rest of the staff. The lady manager was very harsh and off-putting and I always care about how employees are treated at the places I order from. Hoping this manager for fired.

Second time they tried to give me the wrong order. There is usually something wrong. I be pretty much stopped going but today my hubby wanted to go. After they tried to give us wrong order my croissant on my sandwich was burned. Tossed it out.

I recently visited the Dunkin’ on Sand Lake Rd., and overall, the experience was decent, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Let’s start with the positives: the recent remodeling is a huge plus. The place looks fantastic! The kitchen, counters, and displays are all new and spotless, which gives it a very welcoming and organized feel. As expected from any Dunkin’ location, the donuts are great—classic, reliable, and always a treat.

However, the same cannot be said for their sandwiches. I recently ordered one that included hashbrowns, and it was a disappointment. The hashbrowns were soggy and dripping with oil, which made the sandwich unappetizing. A little more care in food preparation would go a long way.

The drive-thru experience is where things fall short. While efficiency is important, customer service is too. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff, particularly a young, blonde girl, seems uninterested in even basic politeness. She doesn’t greet customers or respond to greetings, giving off the impression that she’s always in a bad mood. This lack of interaction feels cold and unwelcoming. As a result, I’ve started ordering inside at the counter, where the service is slightly better.

Overall, the Dunkin’ on Sand Lake Rd. has a lot going for it in terms of appearance and food quality (aside from the hashbrowns), but the staff could really use a refresher on customer service skills to make the experience as great as the newly remodeled space suggests it could be

I came in about 6:00 in the morning. I patiently waited for almost 5 minutes no one acknowledge my presence. I made eye contact more than once. The girl who got my donuts was nice. The lady at the cash register was very rude.
