Initially, I was a fan of the ordering kiosk. I thought it might eliminate the issue of communication problems. I ordered a double fish with no tartar and some nuggets. In the bag I found a single fish with no tartar, and my nuggets.
How do you get 3/4 of the order right?

I recently visited and had the pleasure of being served by Alexis C. and Greta F. They were incredibly kind and attentive, making my experience exceptional. I don't think I've ever encountered such caring individuals at this location before. They are definitely assets to the team, and I give them a 10/10 rating for the outstanding customer service they provided.

I really have to compliment the manager of this store. I usually dread going to fast food restaurants, but this one has been solid both trips I've made over the last year and a half.
Have been going here since 97 the fact that its been updated and not closed permanently should tell you how this particular store is doing

Met Alex the manager today (night shift), I didn’t catch his last name unfortunately but saw him working really hard helping his co-workers and being on top of everything that was going on. Great attitude and commitment, He is an excellent leader someone that sets the example for everyone!!! People like him are very few. I had a few words with him and immediately recognized what a great person with an amazing work ethic and professionalism is and very proud of his work place. MCD’s I truly believe you have someone there that can and will make a big difference overall, and I will definitely without a doubt mentor him and give him the tools to become a great leader for your organization!Keep it up Alex great job!!!!
