Initially, I was a fan of the ordering kiosk. I thought it might eliminate the issue of communication problems. I ordered a double fish with no tartar and some nuggets. In the bag I found a single fish with no tartar, and my nuggets.
How do you get 3/4 of the order right?
The food I got was great, but I didn't get what I ordered.
I recently visited and had the pleasure of being served by Alexis C. and Greta F. They were incredibly kind and attentive, making my experience exceptional. I don't think I've ever encountered such caring individuals at this location before. They are definitely assets to the team, and I give them a 10/10 rating for the outstanding customer service they provided.
