We have to been here many times about 10 years ago and we did not have the same experience today. The bar was pretty much full, but the dining area was empty. We placed our food order (which were both appetizers) at 3:15 and 20 minutes later the waiter walked up to the table and asked if we were ready to order. It was a very nice late lunch for our group. Sometimes when you are on a patio you get the non attentive wait staff. Not here. The service was very good. The drinks were good and reasonably priced.
