About Bakery El Dorado

Bakery El Dorado is a small, independent local bakery known for its traditional Mexican baked goods, rolls, and sweet pastries. The bakery offers a variety of items, including the standout jalapeño bread, which features cream cheese inside a fresh roll, making it a great breakfast choice. Customers can also find refrigerated flan, desserts, paletas, and occasionally homemade tamales. The friendly staff enhances the experience, and the bakery's reputation for delicious baked goods has earned it the title of best bakery in Naperville.

Upon entering, customers will notice bakery goods on the right, desserts straight ahead, and Mexican bread by the counter. Recently, customers have mentioned ordering a dozen tamales for about $24, noting that prices have increased from previous reviews. There is also a chocolate Mexican bread available for a dollar something. While the food is generally good, some customers have expressed concerns about pricing. Items are placed on trays to bring to the register, and a suggestion has been made for wrappers to ensure cleanliness. Additionally, a tres leches cake ordered for a birthday party received high praise for its deliciousness and was easy to arrange through phone and social media. Overall, Bakery El Dorado continues to be a cherished spot for those seeking authentic Mexican treats.

Tres leches cake is really good
their tamales are a nice size with alot of filling , they don't skimp on the filling.Conchas are soft.RICE Pudding is like Abuelita and Mama makes. These butter cookies melt in your mouth..all baked goods delicious. Very nice family bakery , a gem of the west suburbs, nice that I don't have to go to Aurora or Chgo for my pan dulce fix
This is one of the best, if not the best, Mexican bakeries I have been to. It had a great selection of pastries and the were all great. We will be back.
