This location has really gone downhill over the last few months. It's a shame bc it's so convenient but it has progressively gotten slower, to the point of taking 10minutes in line and waiting at the window after placing an order ahead of time. They seem to be short staffed. I now try to avoid this location and go to the other locations on Odgen. Definitely avoid during peak times.

Overall a good Dunkin! The drink orders are always right and made correctly. My problem is with their sandwiches/ food. They’re usually burnt, stale, and harder than a rock.
Friendly staff, convenient location, things are good other than the food. Clean bathrooms too (rare for a Dunkin).

Dunkin' is a popular spot, with a customer who visits almost daily and even makes a 10-minute drive from their house to get there. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always greet customers' pets. The store is clean, with a wonderful coffee smell, and the speed of service is good. Employees are quick and kind, often making coffee perfect and ready before customers arrive. However, some food items, like sandwiches, can be burnt or stale, affecting the overall experience. While the location may sometimes feel understaffed, the staff is still helpful and polite. The bathrooms are clean, which is a rare find for a Dunkin’. Overall, Dunkin' is a great choice for a quick bite or coffee on the go, despite some food concerns.
