I can’t stand this Starbucks. I wait in line for 25 min every time and they constantly mess up my order. Sometimes I’m sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Today was 35 minutes in the drive thru. Unacceptable and I can’t even order ahead.
I love my Starbucks in Lisle - but....
here’s a tip - Since we are in the middle of a pandemic and all - you might want to have your employees stop picking up cups so that their entire hand is covering the lid. Considering the spread of germs and all.
(And almost every employee does it everywhere!).
Was having a bad day and the barista wrote a lovely note on my cup and told me to “feel better.” I love this Starbucks.
