Just finished the Italian Cheese Making class with Chef Stef and Michaelina. What a fun experience! I have never made cheese before and I was impressed with the ricotta and mozzarella that we took home, and I have the confidence to try this at home. Super tasty snacks in between instruction, too! Don’t hesitate to book this class for an awesome experience with friends and family.
Every time I have come here for a training with my company it has been an amazing experience. I learn something new each time. I highly recommend bringing customers or employees here for a team building event.
