Jacob was at the counter ringing up orders. He was professional and friendly. He made you feel welcome as though you were visiting him at home. I don't usually review fast food restaurants, but I was blown away by this particular Arbys. We stopped through on our way home from vacation. The kid at the counter was so polite. Our food was ready within 2 minutes and was hot and fresh.
The restaurant was clean and modern. All the employees looked like teenagers. I hope their managers and parents are proud of them.

We 1st Stopped at Wendy's there in town on r way back from St louis to monticello illinois on labor day-Left quickly- poor service and food handling- was awful- so we Stopped by ur place- what a difference- your counter man (older gentleman) was awesome, organized and handled food correctly. Bravo.. We very seldom stop at fast food places. This was a pleasure. Good job.
