First time visiting this specific Burger King and it was a great experience all around. Brandon took our order, double checked to make sure it was correct, he was also working both drive thru windows. They were under a boil order but still had can sodas, great back up plan! The food was fresh, correct, and absolutely delicious! Very pleased with our experience all around. Shout out to Brandon for the excellent service!

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive through only 1 other vehicle in line before us and no one after us 1st they tried to give us the change for the person that was in front of us then took nearly 20 minutes to get our food to us and then didn’t give us our whole order when we finally got our entire order half of it was cold. Supposed to be a convenient place to stop for travelers would never recommend this place. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The highland il Burger King the worst. They don't know how to cook. The mott fries were given wrong. I asked for a 12 piece they gave us 4 that were. Hard as a rock. The sandwich fell apart half way threw . Went to get the rest of my motz fries and they only gave us 4. So I will give my business to arby who has great moz fries.

This place is a disaster. Over 20 minutes in the drive through with only one car in front of us. Was given the wrong order then the attendant argued with us about whether it was correct or not; it was an entirely different order. Since we didn’t want to keep arguing with the drive through attendant, we left with the wrong order. My advice, drive ten seconds further and go to the Steak and Shake.

Better than average burger joint.
Gave us the wrong drink size then found out they didn’t give us our food item . Went inside with the bag with recite on it to get the food we were missing and manager/worker GIRL said we probally had it in the car with terrible attitude. That should never happen. do better The girl who took our order was also way to quiet

After seeing how the kitchen operates i wanted to cancel my order. No manager was onsite for me to get a refund. The workers had extremely long hair and no one was wearing nets. I seen how my sandwich was getting made and it really made me sick. I hope moving forward they put their hair in nets
Dirty and slow, took 3 dingbats 20 minutes to make me a couple cheeseburgers in an empty restaurant. Then they were out of pickles.
