We came in on 11/12/23 in the evening. We only come through town now and then usually on Sundays for years we have had a wonderful time. This time however was terrible our usual bartender wasn't there and he was greatly missed because the bartender was more worried about dragging a dart machine to the bar so she could play darts. When she wasn't doing that she was making Grinch shirts or playing the poker machine. While I was in the bathroom there were two ladies in the big stall next to me I kept hearing a clicking noise. One voice was the bartender and what sounded like a really raspy older lady. I saw smoke above the stall and it smelled of chemical. They left the bath room and out of curiosity I checked out the stall. There was a trash can next to the toilet with a shopping bag halfway in it. When I looked inside there was something wrapped in a sock a torch and a what appeared to be a digital scale. Attached is a picture not sure what's happened to this place but it's left a bad taste in both our mouths. We will not be back

Do not do completions here. Bar tender boyfriend was aloud to participate in costume contest and beat out everyone who had really good costumes with a cop outfit and white boots just because he is with the bartender. Scam artists from hell.

Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot, around back and street parking
Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily get a wheelchair in the front main door and once your in its all new smooth floors one level.
I always have a good time and Kelly, Sydney and Michael are great. They don't serve food only good drinks!!! If you've never tried the Irish trash can get one well as long as you have a designated driver ?. Thanks momma Donna for re-opening after the fire.

Me and my bf always love going into chapps whenever we pass through Litchfield! Even though they don’t serve food, the atmosphere just can’t be matched!

Visited the first about 5 years ago with my wife. The gentleman behind the bar, Mike, made us feel really comfortable introduced us to lots of people. It was really busy for a Monday. We had a blast and made it a point to stop in everytime we were in town. When COVID was big it was only place open we also met a really sweet man named Matt who also made our visit amazing. About two years ago it changed lots of new bartenders who seems to be more interested in entertaining their friends and drinking than bartending. Mike came in about halfway through the night and hopped behind the bar and got us taken care of and turned our night around. The bartender that was there was nowhere to be found for awhile. We have been back less than we used to, and have recently on returned on nights when either Matt or Mike are working. As any other time the experience has been quite terrible. 20 minutes to get a drink with an empty bar. Getting ignored and leaving because the bartender was drawing a picture on the mirror and told us to "wait a damn minute" so we left. Not sure who or what happened but whatever it was has basically ruined this place for us. If we do come back it will be on a night we know Matt or Mike are working.

Bartender makes delicious Amaretto sour, she helped all 15 of us quickly and efficiently. Never knew this place existed until now. We will be returning. The pool room is quite spacious
