Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Thanks for charging me for what I ordered but giving me less than what i ordered. Appreciate yall robbing me for my money. Asked for receipt but apparently they threw it away, without even asking if I wanted it. Now both DQ near me in a 15 minute drive are worthless and now I dont care to go back to either one

They're slow and they over charge for things.

Quite possibly the worst DQ in the country. The food was undercooked, the ice cream tasted expired, the floors/tables/walls/windows/doors were filthy.

This DQ is filthy dirty. From walking in to restrooms. Shoes stick to floor. I don't think the iced tea container has ever been cleaned. Dumped my tea in trash.

Always a quality blizzard and cone here. Shakes and malts are as well. As far as hot food goes they have the best cheese curds and onion rings in town. They do not however respond to the word thank you at checkout but this is a minor gripe,

All the people that work there are so very nice and sweet to me always. The good tastes fresh which considering how fast they are is awesome.

Terrible customers service. The lobby smells like dirty socks. Woman behind the counter got our order wrong and refused to fix it. Fairly certain I caught an eye roll when she thought I wasn't looking. She also talked like her mouth was full of food and would get annoyed when we asked her to repeat herself. Weird interaction.

We stopped for an ice cream treat. Drive thru. Fast service. Smallish inside seating area.
