Worst service ever. Went thru drive thru 5 cars deep when I ordered a large swirl cone. Waiting in the drive thru is not a big deal, however when I pulled up to the window the young girl told me that they were out of the chocolate ice cream all day. That was a week ago. Today 9/5/23 went inside. Stood at the counter for a solid 4 minutes to be waited upon, the owner which was less than 10 feet away was cleaning a machine and saw me walk in finally came over to take my order. When he did I told him no thanks, I guess you don't want my business. Looking at the past reviews I guess corporate dairy Queen does not mind their franchisees costing them revenue.

Shouldn't have to repeat yourself or they repeat to you multiple times to make sure your order is correct or even finished. We shouldn't have to learn another language to order fast food.

Will not be coming back. The workers were handling money and then touching the food right after, the inside of the store was very dirty, and the blizzard was melting by the time it was given to me.

There was black stuff in my blizzard. They got 2 out of 3 blizzard orders wrong, gave me fudge when I ordered cookie dough, and there was not an ounce of cheese cake in the other one.
