Got the chicken barbecue pizza from here almost 3 days ago now, got food poisoning same night and am still in pain as I'm typing this. I have no idea what they did wrong, but I've been in pain and sick for days now. I know yall aren't gonna make up for it even though it was your guys irresponsible actions that led me here. Unless it's your only choice, just get pizza from somewhere else.

1/14/26 Orderd the new spicy chicken bacon ranch tonight , no bacon at all legit 16 pieces of chicken on the whole large and not cut right , the driver had some one elses order not bagged and out of the car as well. Called multiple times at the #2954 location and number on the receipt no answer . I had to call the Troy location to talk to some one who talked to a manager and got Litchfield to call me , the male manager who called me was extremely rude saying I couldn't connect to their store bc of my phone and it obviously had an issue .. called troy just fine. Supposedly going to get a refund on my order but we will see.

Very unsatisfied with Them my wife ordered 2 pizzas and 1 of them was totally wrong when she called the guy that answered the phone tried blaming her for themaking it wrong we will for sure never order pizza from Dominos again nor will any of my family or friends

Our pizza was under cooked in the center but over cooked on the crust. 12 pcs BBQ bacon nugs were so burnt that we couldn't pull the apart nor chew them. Worst Domino's we have ever ate ate by far. Called to complain and I was told that's just how they are and got rude with me when I asked for a remake. Idk if I'll get my remake or not but either way I won't be eating anything else they send. Don't trust them not to do something to our food.

Made delivery order when it got here I realized my wallet was not here I explained to the delivery driver he was new so he called his boss his boss said I had to pick it up when I got my wallet which I understand but I have no car no now I’m not allowed to get deliveries from dominos anymore even though this is the 1 and only time I’ve ever ordered from them.

One of the worst experiences I have had at Dominos in recent memory. The one worker when I first entered the establishment was rude and seemed upset that I had a takeout order that was not ready. I left and returned when my order was fulfilled, only to wait an additional 10 minutes before I finally got my food, only for it to be incorrect. Overall the food was good, but don’t have high expectations for the service.

i was told that i had to wait a hour for my pizza, i waited a hour and my pizza was not made at all and plus i was 15 minutes late. This has happened to me once before from here and the worker was very rude.

Scott is completely incompetent claims he can’t put the extra toppings me and my bf PAID FULL PRICE for bc it will “fall apart” which is untrue for one and two we paid FULL for it dominos if u want to keep business make sure to give what the customer asks for!

Again ordered the pizza from Dominos in Litchfield. Stupid me I thought it would be ready. Their site told me 15 to 20 minutes. I gave them 35. I got there and was told it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. When will I learn there are other pizza places in town. Service like have put places out of business.

We've been in Litchfield for a few years now and from the start this place has constantly messed up our orders. They may offer a free pizza now and then. But we always ask for lite sause and cook extra. Because it's never finished cooking and so heavy in sause that it falls apart just pick it it up. And that's if they don't throw it in the box and continue to sell it that way. We just threw away two full pizzas because it was completely undercooked. Someone needs to fire the whole staff and train new ones the right way!

They left my food across the neighbor's porch, forgot my salad, and they denied delivery to my house and said they will no longer deliver to my house for no reason and they hung up on me 2 times. So i dont care for them anymore. Poor service
