They've never gotten my order correct. Also, why offer curbside delivery if you're going to have to go inside and get it yourself anyway? I have two toddlers (2&3 yrs old) so I opted for the curbside delivery. Got there, sat outside for 10 minutes, decided to hurry inside to see why it was such a long wait (all I ordered was the Parmesan bread bites with cheesy marinara dip) and when I got inside they had inappropriate music BLARING and claimed that their notification thing wasn't working properly so they didn't know I was there... This isn't the first time something like that happened at this location

Bought pizza and wings. Pizza was undercooked. And wings had a grey meat to them and tasted like they were freezer burned. I got sick the following day after, like food poisoning…I do not recommend pizza or wings from this location. This pace is trash!
Food is pretty inexpensive, but even if the website gives you a time to pick up your food, DON'T BELIEVE IT! Call and ask. They will always do their best to let you know, but I have been told 20 minutes, only to arrive and be told it would be almost 2 more hours.
The food was very good service was good and they had ‘my order ready at the exact time expected for being busy!
Never received my order, they for sure received my payment of course. Have called 3 times for a refund, keep getting told to call back. Now he says to call back in 2 days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The last 3 times we’ve been to this location to get pizza our order has been delayed for a significant amount of time. The first time I didn’t think much oft it because the store appeared to be really busy. The second time I walked the staff was doing more arguing than work and they weren’t busy at all. The third time the store was busy but when I walked in the personnel was extremely unorganized. They couldn’t even find where I placed an order until they looked in the computer. After finding my order they told me that it could possibly be another hour before my order be ready. All 3 orders were placed using the dominos app and I waited the estimated time that the app gives you before arriving at the store. On the third order they did offer to move my order to the front of the line but only after I complained. At that point I was to aggravated to deal with the unorganized staff that I canceled my order because it was not fair to the other customers patiently waiting on the orders. If I come back to this store to place an order it won’t be until their staff gets better training and more organized.

Yes my brother ordered a pizza last night around 7:30 Saturday the 1st there was a piece missing out of it he told the guy that he thought the driver ate it but he could have dropped the pizza or whatever we're not sure but the guy answering the phones really rude and kept hanging up on us and if he doesn't persist to talk to us and hear our complaint out and replace our pizza I will call a attorney I have attorneys in my family so if this doesn't get taken care of I'm not so worried about getting replacement of the pizza it's your poor employment and if he's the manager heaven forbid very rude I'm calling from Litchfield Illinois at least you can give a coupon for a free pizza or something like that he totally acted like my brother was lying he wouldn't listen to what I had to say he said I don't care what you have to say very rude very rude this is not the way to treat customers I have worked in this Field and I would never talk to my customers that way they r the reason u get a paycheck lost bout 4 to 6 customers cause of this
Ordered food for a future time 615 the app said it was put in the oven 602 they delivered at 615 food was raw thin crust pizza cold and raw. Went to the store and asked for another breadsticks because dough was raw. They were rude laughing said I was a Karen put my new food in the oven for 40 min it was burnt. He said I could wait for another remake I said no my other food was cold sitting in the car. I just stood there he helped other people so I went home crying from being treated so damn bad. People were coming in and there food wasn’t made and customers were calling to make complaints so he put a worker on the phone because they thought it was funny.

Always mess up your order can't even cut a half and half pizza down the middle.

Jacob the traveling manager that is at Litchfield Illinois on the 12th of December canceled my order when they had wrong address I've ordered several in the past same situation even though I put the right address. Plus when ordered it said 20 -25 min. Then half our later 30-40 min. Jacob was vert unprofessional needs fired I will never buy a pizza front there again and will tell everyone else not to as well untill he is fired! CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES BIG TIME!
