I ordered from here on 04-14-24 and the manager Scott delivered my order. My total was $32.98 I gave him $40 and he immediately took off I hollered for him to give me my change, was ignored and then when I call he says I have to ask for change back and I didn't to bad transaction closed you don't get the money back. I will never order here again. I will get his job taken from him for stealing

Went to dominos in Litchfield today had a pickup order for 6pm got there and they were slammed my daughter requested cheesy bread while we were there so I asked if we could add it on using the coupon and the guys working were more than happy to help her out let us know it would be about a twenty minute wait still bc they were so slammed but the kept her entainained threw the viewing window throwing dough. Our pizza was super hot and delicious even after the twenty minute drive home so great job domino’s and especially to all the young men who were working so hard today but still being customer friendly this is probably the best experience I’ve ever had there and will definitely be going back

I will never even try to order from this place again!!! This is twice the same thing happened, I ordered on the app, followed all prompts correctly,placed my order and followed instructions, drove from home, which is a half hour away,giving extra time so I don't have to wait, go in to pick up and the entire staff is a wreck!!!! Someone finally asked if they could help me I told them I was there to pick up my order because my online tracker said it was ready, he said ,ummmm No you still have two and 1/2 hours to wait and this was 645, so this is 2 times this has happened and I am done!!! That place is a joke and the pizza you do get is always wrong!!!

They are about the only place that delivers pizza anyore in Litchfield so they are definitely necessary to have here. I ordered a supreme style pizza and the crust was doughy. I called and they sent out a new pizza right away for free. They are not my favorite pizza in the world but they are very convenient for delivery and do make a decent enough pizza for a solid recommendation. I also absolutely love their thin crust. Pepperoni with Black Olive Thin Crust is my go-to pizza from there.
I used to order here to pick up when I got off work around 11. The pizza and stuff used to be good but the last couple of orders I have placed. The bites and twists were still raw and the pizza was still kind of raw as well.

Place sucks. Never gets the order right or it's takes forever past the ETA of it ready to be picked up. I guess their staff can't read? I've gotten raw pizza dough for my pizza once, another time it's the wrong toppings... like READING is a must when making orders.... I honestly can't understand why they always make mistakes...

Ordered online was told 15 to 25 minutes. Arrived roughly 20 minutes into the estimated time and was told that it was going to be a half hour before my order would be done, so I went to wait in the truck. 25 minutes of waiting outside go inside to get it and I was informed that they were out of chicken and they still hadn't started the order yet, place is a joke.

Seriously! I tried to order a pizza for delivery and they sent me to a call center that isn't even in the same city! Then when I couldn't get the delivery Because they couldn't track my address GPS, they asked if I could come and pick it up. I told them no! Then they said they would transfer me to the store directly..... I thought I was calling the store! Seriously! I was on hold for 10 minutes after hanging up.... Needless to say I never got my pizza or my Pasta crock... I normally end my post saying thank you for feeding us, but I think I will end this with....THANKS FOR NOTHING! ??????#WakeUpAmerica
