Soda machine didn't work. Floors were dirty. Slowest moving employees I've even seen. Really not half as good as it was months ago.

Ben and the other people working tonight were awesome. I was pulling my camper and couldn't get through the drive thru so I called and they let me walk up to the window and order to get some tacos !!!!
And they had MONSTER TACOS TOO !!!!!

Young girl with the light brown hair was amazing when I went up to exchange burgers that were made incorrect perfect customer service skills but the cook with the attitude in the back needs to learn to not complain when she messed up with her little snide remarks that could be heard from the lobby. She also didn’t seem the nicest to her coworkers it wasn’t that big of a deal but she made it into one…..

First, the button stuck on soda machine so got all over my hand. Ordered 2 supreme croisants and a meat lovers burrito to go. We opened sandwiches in our car and none were hot and none of the cheese melted. We went to put mayo in the two supremea & realized there was no bacon. Husband went in & they said lets see. He had to grab them out of the bag & open them up. He put them back in their boxes while she said nothing and walked away. She then came back & said heres your bacon & then handed it to him in a box. So he said, so now I make my own sandwiches? They all just turned & walked away. So we made our sandwiches in the car & drove with greasy hands to a rest stop where we could wash. Also the bacon could have been cooked more. We ended up throwing one of the sandwiches away.

Ordered sourdough jack meal to go. Get on interstate and no tomatoes or cheese on sandwich . Meat was like warm at best. Will never go back

Really dirty dining area, all tables dirty and sticky floor. Food was okay, not great. Long wait. Lots of other folks waiting in line to order with no staff in sight.
