I am genuinely disgusted. I waited over an hour in a line of three people to get my food after having a hellish experience with the speaker--either the speaker is broken, or the headpiece for the workers are. I repeated myself five times before they repeated my order back to me properly. Then, they give me the wrong food. I accept it because I'm starving and I've already paid, and I open the box to find mold. Do not go here. Go to the one in Edwardsville.

This one and the one in Troy, IL, should be avoided at all costs. The service sucks at both! I've been sitting here 20min waiting for 1 order and there are no other cars. It was the same way months ago when I came here. I thought it would be a one time thing, but apparently all Jack in the Box locations around here are the same way. Hope you come here with a full tank of gas, you'll need it.
Update: ended up being a 30 minute wait for the wrong food and nobody could give a refund on my card. I sincerely hope all Jack in the Box locations in this area go bankrupt and close down. This is beyond pitiful! Not a single location from here to STL can do anything right and half the time the locations are closed except for door dash orders. May God help you if you ever stop in at this one or the one in Troy.

30 minutes later given the wrong food. Once you see what the workers look like it'll all piece together. Also how do you not have a manager at night? Could not give me a refund because no manager at night. Sounds like a poorly ran business.

My sandwiches weren’t made correctly (no modifications were requested), as both were missing ham. The Ultimate Sourdough was disappointingly flat—flatter than cold pancakes. The energy drink was mostly ice, leaving just a few sips in a very small cup. Considering the prices, I expected much better. On the positive side, the Breakfast Jacks, curly fries, and mocha were good. However, I’m not impressed with this location overall.
